• Manage and direct Civil Foreman of the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints to plan projects
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications & Standards
• Documentation of the Maintenance activities through daily and weekly reports; monitoring the progress of work in relation to the project schedule
• Identification, reporting and monitoring the resolution of construction deficiencies
