Responsible for accounts payable accounts for local and foreign parts
preparing payments and creating monthly reports
assist in month-end closing reports
Checking and recording suppliers invoices in Oracle system
Matching and reconciling supplier accounts
Issuing quarterly suppliers confirmation statements
Member in the accounting control tower team for solving the company’s accounting problems
Analysing and recording all the office’s expenses and revenues
Following up all the student cases
Compile monthly reports to be presented to director in regards to financial and accounting transactions
In addition to some special tasks in LOUIS DREYFUS CO. LTD as an accountant under mazars supervision
Responsibility As an auditor:
Responsible for all basic accounting functions.
Auditing the organization’s Financial Accounts & its operations over the year; such as ( cash in banks, cash in safe, general expenses, operation expenses, current assets and Fixed Assets ).
Auditing the company’s different accounts and preparing financial reports.
ResponsibilityAs an accountant
Preparing and posting monthly banks expenses and revenues journal entries
Preparing monthly banks reconcile
Preparing a daily report of all bank balances, estimated revenue collection and payable outstanding invoices
Managing accounts payable accounts including invoices, prepayment and supplies account
Managing with bank the corporate money transfers
Analyse, recording and managing company’s vessels and administration expenses including purchase price, insurance invoices, fuel and other expenses
