• Creams: Whipping cream, Cooking cream & Sour cream
 Responsible for planning annual volumes, budgets and revenues through enhanced market structures for the overall category.
 Responsible for the development and execution of marketing / brand strategies and
implementation of brand annual plans on new and existing brands.
 Responsible for all the ATL and the BTL activities of the brands.
 Responsible for the overall development of advertising initiatives and sponsorships.
 Responsible for the full communication plans regarding the Advertising agencies.
 Responsible for the creative development process for the brand.
 Responsible for new packaging design initiatives
 Track marketing and advertising expenditures.
 Study consumer research trend analysis and market opportunities.
 Analysis of market, consumer and financial data for implementation of marketing strategies.
 Identify, analyze and develop new innovative product opportunities.
 Analyze Retail Audit monthly readings
 Monitor competitive trade, consumer and promotional activities in support of achieving volume and profitability targets.
 Responsible for the execution of promotions and promotional activities
 Responsible for the execution of trade presentations and programs.
 Issue a monthly business review for the top management presenting:
• Marketing activities done in the previous month.
• Brands Market shares
• Volumes & profit performance versus plan
• Marketing strategies and plans for the upcoming period .
 Responsible for the effective development and evaluation of the subordinates.
