● Preparing the factory manufacturing plans and preparing the
requested layouts and documentations for manufacturing.
● Releasing and Follow up the imported and local purchasing
orders to insure that delivery times are achieved.
● Assistant and backup to the contract engineering & estimating manager.
● Attend the managerial meetings and represent the contract
engineering department.
● Material tracking (Purchase/shipment/warehouse &
Inventory/QA/Production tracking/Bill of Materials).
● Responsibility for Portfolio management activities within installation
and strategic business objectives, and make recommendations to
modify implementation tasks to enhance effectiveness toward the
business result or strategic intent.
● Manage and perform the process of statement of work and advice
the involved company departments with the technical contractual
methodology.
● Supervising project schedule analysis and studying of problem
areas to determine criticality of schedule activities.
●Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and
company needs.
● Handling all the sales activities and producing sales reports.
● Very well organized and skilled in techniques of closing a sale.
● Identifying the projects' cost loading & forward to clients for
comments, negotiation, update & approval.
● Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically
or in person.
● Develop and make presentations of company products and
services to current and potential clients.
● Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
