-Manages IT Applications (Millensys, SLiS, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and SAP S/4Hana), evaluates and analyses system issues, and recommends and implements solutions.
-Provide recommendations in building Enterprise IT strategies, policy development, and priorities.
-Reviews applications, and designs a technical management strategy to meet operational needs; defines resource requirements, and scope and priorities of projects.
-Responsible for project and annual budget (CAPEX & OPEX) preparation and expenditure for the associated portfolio.
-Ownership of application integrations while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of organization data and information.
-Adherence to the organization and IT policies and procedures.
-System training for key and end users.
-Design and development of all required financial reports such as (Income statements, Balance Sheet Monthly trial balance, etc...).
Support clients in KSA & UAE by troubleshooting their issues in the ERP systems and implementing new modules and new features
-Acting as the main contact for the functional and technical support of existing channel partners and clients in UAE-Dubai for the iVend retail system.
-Product Delivery and Training - Partner Enablement, including delivery of product-related training on how to effectively implement and support CitiXsys products.
-Working closely with sales team and partners for product demonstration (pre-sales) to new prospects responding to RFPs.
-Meeting with new prospects and existing clients to define and formulate business requirements and create functional specifications, building deployment plans for solutions.
- Working with the product development team to develop new features and functionality.
• Build applications team.
• Business Requirement Analysis, providing inputs to vendors for ERP customization and implementing customization as per Business requirements.
• ERP successfully Implemented AX 2012 R3 for the following modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Process manufacturing, and Payroll).
• Training the key and end users then run the test scripts and get the user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage the system development life cycle of the new customization required with the development team, which includes the analysis, design, development, and making sure it’s ready to release for production.
• Troubleshooting and solving any system issues and escalating them to the Microsoft partner if it is required.
• Design and required reports to support the departments and the management in taking decisions.
• Implement VAT on the system and prepared all related reports.
• Design all required financial reports such as (Income statement, Balance Sheet, Monthly trial balance, etc…
• Actively driving and managing the Pre-Sales process with direct and channel customers.
• Manage and write responses for RFP / RFI processes and responses that involve multiple service lines to solve complex business problems for clients.
• Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
• Providing Functional and Technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers and also providing ongoing support for customers during implementation.
• Working closely with Sage Sales Director to build and enhance Sage Partners in KSA.
• Coordinating & conducting business analysis & requirements gathering for running projects.
• Analysis of Business Process flows and Re-engineering for a "Best Practice" implementation.
• Prepare Functional Requirements Document (FRD), Functional Design Document (FDD), and Gap Fit Analysis (GFA)
• Gather business requirements for custom development if required.
• Implement MS Dynamics AX for the following modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Retail, and Payroll).
• Data migration from the legacy system to the new system.
• Training the key and end users then run the test scripts and get the user acceptance testing (UAT).
