• Provides all the required Public relation services including liaising and Coordinating all the governmental requirements pertaining to the office such as renewal of licenses, permits and employee related documents.
• Handles and Coordinates all employee/visitors related requirements, such as issuing/terminating visas, labor contracts, cards, CICPA passes, car lease, house lease, relocation services, , etc, with the service providers, employee, government and management.
• Ensures all administrative activities are handled effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinates and facilitates important or sensitive communications on behalf of the organization and management.
• Interacts frequently with internal and external personnel and customers.
• Communicates effectively with the employees and management.
• Assist in coordinating and planning the execution of executive visits, conference and special events.
• Compose and type letters in Arabic & English and memos with technical and/or confidential nature.
• Act as back up to other team members as needed.
• Prepare and process the payroll through WPS as per UAE labor law requirement.
• Works closely with Business Support Manager to determine, plan and implement business related employee requirements.
• Maintain office services and efficiency, supervising office staff and maintaining office records
• Perform a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive of company and employee documents.
• Coordinating with Finance Department regarding petty cash for administration department and then providing evidences to close the petty cash.
• Provides all the required Public relation Officer services including liaising and Coordinating all the governmental requirements pertaining to the office such as renewal of licenses, permits and employee related documents.
• Handles and Coordinates all employee/visitors related requirements, such as issuing/terminating visas, labor contracts, cards, car lease, house lease, relocation services, , etc, with the service providers, employee, government and management.
• Manages all outdoor tasks such as payment of invoices, bank related tasks, coordination with external providers.
• Develops recommended solutions within budget and schedule.
• Submit & follow-up all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business.
• Responsible to manage all administration activities.
• Maintain office services and efficiency, supervising office staff and maintaining office records
• Perform a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive of company and employee documents.
• Monitoring the Staff attendance and prepare the time sheets.
• Coordinating with Finance Department regarding petty cash for HR department and then providing evidences to close the petty cash.
• Prepare and process the payroll through WPS as per UAE labor law requirement.
• Responsible to update any changes in employee status like salary increments, position change, promotions, demotions, internal transfers etc.
• Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements such are driving license, car registrations, accommodation and legal requirements to ensure that PR services are provided as required.
• Represent the company in all the Ministries and Government Departments, Immigration, Consulates, Embassies, Traffic Department, Police Station, Hospitals, Ports, Airports and Ministry of Labor.
• Processing and acquiring of all staff visas and labor cards as well as related PR duties with the Governmental Authorities.
• Renew, update and maintain all employees and their dependents’ visas, labor cards, and labor contracts in a timely manner to ensure that company’s records are up-to-date in the labor and Immigration Departments.
• Maintain office services and efficiency, supervising office staff and maintaining office records
• Arrange business meetings and coordinate the administration for arranging bookings and travel tickets, and record minutes of internal meetings conducted by the Executive Director.
• Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements.
• Represent the company in all the Ministries and Government Departments, Immigration, Consulates, Embassies, Traffic Department, Police Station, Hospitals, Ports, Airports and Ministry of Labor.
• Responsible to manage all administration activities.
