Statement
• Full responsibility of the Statement Cycle from printing until client delivery.
• Analysis and follow-up of returned statements and updating contact details.

Visa

• Receives credit cards applications from the Credit Department and check that it's fully approved.
• Open account on net symbol system.
• Enter the applications' data on the AFS system .
• Print out a print screen of the credit limit from the Net symbol for revise.
• After the card being produced the Card Number is being entered in the cell of Card Number in the Excel Sheet Report.
• Print cards and card production report.
• Prepare envelope labels with the client's name, address and contact phones for the delivery of cards then pin codes.
• Deliver credit cards to branches or Courier Company and follow up to ensure safe delivery.
• Maintaining changes of increase, decrease & cancellation of card limit & expiry on the bank's systems.

Visa Pin codes:

• Receiving pin codes of visa & master cards from (Bahrain) AFS Company by DHL Company in closed envelope. There is an acknowledgment fax attached with the pin codes, I sign it &send it back at the same day I received to AFS Company.
I receive a daily report from TNT Company to confirm
Me the delivery of the cards & when I receive the O.K of the card delivery, I give them the pin code of the delivered card.
• I take report from TNT Company reprehensive for the daily pin codes he takes it from me & then I file these reports.

 Net Symbol system :

• I receive From RCD increase & decrease limit, I implement it on the OVD.
• I receive from customer services dept. reissue & replacement requests to change the expiry date on net symbol & to attach the new replacement card on the card attachment.
• I receive cancellation requests from customer services dept. to cancel the limit & expiry on the net symbol.
• I receive pin reissue request from customer services dept. & then wait to receive the pin code from Bahrain & the deliver the pin by TNT to the customer branch.

 Visa Electron

• Receive issuance requests from the branches with a covering letter signed by the branch manager.
• Capture the applications' data on the SPARROW system.
• Issue cards and card production report .
• I send the electron cards to the branches by Middle East Company.

 Visa Electron Pin codes

• I wait for electron card confirmation from the branches then filing it.
• I print the pin codes & then print the report of the produced pin codes.
• I send the pin codes to the branches by Middle East Company.

 Sparrow system :

• Handling electron card re-issuance for visa Electron cards.
• Handling Pin code re-issuance for visa Electron cards .
• Add the account on electron card.
• Closed electron card on SPARROW system.
• Issue all monthly renewal electron card and pin code.

Customer Services Back Office.

• Credit Cards maintenance such as (Changing credit limits, updating customers' data & contacts, changing cards status, changing interest rates, manual purges, reissuing &replacing cards, and pin reset .
• Receive complains from branches & clients through call center and in writing from branches and replying in both writing and online.
• Preparing the call center reports (Cisco system) and filtering the data for the marketing departments needs and assisting them in any survey.
