>Define the project scope and secure Raya Data Center’s customer approval on scope and project plan.
>Interact with both sales and pre sales teams to fulfill project requirements and deliverables.
>Report cross selling and up selling opportunities within the project as appropriate.
>Create and professionally maintain project plan documentation (e.g.: schedule, risk, management plan, change management plan, quality management plan, communication plan, on boarding plan, acceptance plan, etc…).
>Create, maintain and influence project plan, budget, cash flow, track and influence project progress and rectify deviations as early as encountered.
>Put project revenue forecast, budget, GP and be accountable for results actualization.
>Risk identification and plan mitigation contingencies and alternatives.
>Managing the whole responsibility for Raya Data Center’s Cloud Computing project in terms of:
Cloud RFP document preparation.
Cloud services catalog finalization.
Cloud costing elements, market analysis and prices comparison.
Cloud PoCs with technical consultants, vendors & partners management.
Cloud implementation project plan creation and management.
Cloud high level financial business case interaction.
>Managing Raya Data Center’s Cloud Computing feasibility study in alignment with United States Trade & Development Agency (USTDA) with a project’s budget of US$ 285, 000 covering the following aspects:
Cloud Regulatory, Policy & Legal Review.
Cloud Market Analysis.
Cloud Assessment & Strategic Plan Development.
Cloud Business Plan Development.
Cloud Financial & Economic Analysis.
Cloud Modular High Level Design Development.
Cloud Implementation Plan Development.
Cloud Impact Analysis Development.
Cloud US Sources of Supply Identification.
Cloud Preliminary Environmental Assessment Development.
>Plan, execute and finalize Vodafone enterprise external customers’ projects according to strict deadlines, agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreement) and within the defined budget from beginning till final acceptance.
>define project scope, goals & deliverables that support Vodafone business goals in collaboration with management and different stakeholders.
>Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
>Where required; negotiate with other department’s management for the acquisition of required personnel from within Vodafone Egypt.
>Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
>Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
>Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
>Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
>Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
>Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
>Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to deliver Vodafone projects’ according to plan.
>Oversee quality control throughout project life cycle.
>Responsible for installation of all the ADSL connections inside Cairo.
>Maintaining the network infrastructure that serves the ADSL customers.
>Insure customer satisfaction after process transaction occurs.
>Managing the field engineers which are located at the different exchanges in order to achieve the network connectivity needed to finalize the projects.
>Performing all the inside coordination needed between all the involved members within a project.
>Responsible for the ADSL network forecast planning within the BU.
>Responsible for testing all the networking devices used within our network located at the company side (Exchanges) or at the customer side (End User).
>Owner of the Schools Project under supervision of MCIT in installing the ADSL service in four governments inside Egypt.
