• Supervises the design and testing of the appropriate method to maintain the confidentiality of information according to the areas of activity of users and their job levels and follows up on its application.
• Sets work plans and priorities for the IT department, distributes duties, directs his subordinates and monitors implementation results.
• Evaluates the performance of direct subordinates, and sets career development plans to raise their skills levels.
• Supervise and work to raise the efficiency of the infrastructure of the system.
• Supervising all its departments, "Networks, Systems, Technical Support, Softec, Programmers, Information Security".
• Meeting with heads of departments, managers, supervisors and others to enhance cooperation and solve problems related to the department.
• Supervising the preparation of content management systems for the entity's website.
• Daily, monthly and annual evaluation of decisions related to information technology at the level of management and its affiliated units, and what is related to management with the rest of the company's departments.
• Develop internal plans to develop a culture of team building and continuous learning to ensure the delivery of work of the highest quality.
• Participate in drawing up the company's general policies, setting up strategies for information technology, and applying the best solutions.
• Leading, directing and reviewing daily work methods and performance and quality indicators for management operations and sharing them with senior management to improve work indicators in all internal departments of the company.
• Evaluating the performance of the management staff and preparing the annual report for the management and submitting it to the senior management.
• Follow-up of employee and customer data and keep records in an organized manner.
• Control costs and budgets related to IT hardware and systems.
• Manage contracts with suppliers such as development platforms, telecom companies, and software and systems licenses.
