Upload the required Master data & Opening balance through the Infor LN excel tool for 5 companies.
▪ Conduct the training sessions for the client users to ensure their understanding of the application and the adequate
data entry into the application.
▪ Prepare live environment and perform all necessary uploads for go live purpose.
▪ Support the users on go live entries to ensure the reliability and adequacy of the transactions.
▪ Perform the Design in accordance with the documented FRD and initiate the Functional Design Document to
ensure the client approval on the required design.
▪ Create & Modify the Users sessions with 'AMS' Authorizations Management System' including (Session
Authorization, Database Authorization tables & fields).
▪ Preparing the training manuals through PowerPoint.
Training users in Financials (Budget, GL, Assets, Cash Management, Mapping Scheme, accounts payable,
accounts receivable).
▪ Lead the full life cycle implementation for Infor LN application (On Premise), and design process including the
development of functional business requirements and scope documents to Configure a client business
solution/Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations/Provide training: (Finance AP, AR, GL,
FA, TAX, VAT, Internal accounting, Integration, Costing, Reporting).
▪ Provide knowledge and guidance regarding application and other product functionality and implementation
strategies, review existing work practices to recommend modifications or enhancements that enable the customer
to derive maximum benefits from the product.
▪ Guide the core teams in business process modeling and verify the implementation of a best practices- based
solution, guide, and support activities during Solution Testing and Validation.
▪ Identifying feasible alternative solutions that minimize the need for custom development
Configuring ERP with client requirements such as mapping schema, chart of accounts, Warehouses, customers,
suppliers, and banks.
▪ Reviewing the cycle of purchase, sales, and manufacturing.
▪ Uploading Excel Sheets of purchase bills, sales invoices, expenses, revenues, and opening balance of customers
and suppliers.
▪ Giving permissions for every user on the system.
▪ Matching between ERP system and Excel Sheets.
▪ Entering assets and depreciation and closing years 2020 & 2021.
▪ Explaining and documenting the whole process to the client using PPT.
▪ Create Business Process and Roles for Users by Dynamic Enterprise Modeler DEM.
▪ Create & Restore sequential Dump file (System Backup).
