Details of Duties
1- Develop, manage, drive, and complete projects from sales handover to close out.
2- Produce, update, monitor and manage the project schedule and budget.
3- Prepare, process and log project submittals and documents.
4- Coordinate work within Company departments as well as with subcontractors.
5- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects
6- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress and cost tracking reports
7- Review and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
with customers
8- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to inter office departments,
subcontractors and clients
9- Select and oversee subcontractors to complete specific pieces of the project
10- Assure project quality.
11- Occasional Travel is required.
12- Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner.
Responsible for project functions of JAZAN REFINERY AND TERMINAL
Project and Riyadh metro Project Elevated station “ BACS” “Project
Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management,
Procurement, Fabrication and Construction Management are all coordinated and
properly staffed to meet the project goals
Details of Duties
1- Establish the working relationship with operations management needed to facilitate
the coordination and execution of project work, such that the operational impact is
minimized.
2- Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the
projects
3- Coordinate and communicate projects group as needed
4- Coordinate with regional and site management on status, significant trends and
changes of approved projects.
5- Ensure safety and QA/QC programs are established by all parties and maintained
and conduct reviews of detailed design drawing and specifications.
6- Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule.
7- Participate in and lead risk assessments and actively manage the risks of the
projects and the business.
8- Prepare project estimates, budget, schedules and execution plans.
9- Preparing the engineering budget, project schedules and project control budgets for
mechanical projects.
10- Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of the project
11- Maintain effective and on-going communications with construction and contractor
management teams
12- Assist with project QA/QC and commissioning systems and documentation.
I have completed the supply and fabrication of structural steel for a lot of the
mega projects in the Kingdom which is owned by ARAMCO. During the above
period I have been contacting different huge and well known international EPC
Contracting Companies such as JGC, Samsung, Flour, TR….etc . which contribute
