-Participating in Employment Fairs to represent the company and receive new pools of applicants
-Design Job Descriptions for all departments
-Create Recruitment Forms
-Establish Recruitment and Training Plans Screening, Filtering Resumes and arranging interviews
-Conduct Initial interviews and coordinating Final interviews to the HR Director
-Coordinating technical interviews with managers and connect with them to choose the best Caliber
-Prepare short lists of qualified candidates.
-Conducting Exit Interviews and Providing the Corporate HR Director with the feedback
-Update employee handbook for employee general use including benefits, working conditions, policies etc
-Maintain an updated company recruitment database to provide data of interviewed candidates as well as a continuous supply of CVs via company mail and job fairs for current job vacancies.
- Assisting the HR Director with developing company policies and procedures
- Preparing and updating Organizational charts
- Prepare and submit all required quarterly reports (Headcount, New employees, resignations, promotions, etc)
- Set up different ways for Marketing Samcrete within the recruitment market, ensuring quality representation of the company at recruitment events and employment fairs.
- Keep up to date with company’s standards, policies, procedures and authority limits needed for the implementation of responsibilities.
