Figuring out projects scope of work.
* Studying projects technical requirements through technical specifications, Design
philosophies, Drawings of single line diagrams, power risers, load studies& panel
schedules, architectural drawings, general layouts…. etc.
* Studying the necessary equipment for the projects.
* Estimating cables sizes, cable routing lengths, cable trays, conduits and any other
electrical or mechanical equipment’s sizes.
* Studying vendors offers technically & commercially.
* Preparing technical & commercial compliance studies.
* Preparing Commercial budgets.
* Preparing the required technical & commercial proposal documents such as
Technical Data sheets, Technical deviation forms, primary lay out, SLD, HSE Plan,
Construction Equipment utilization plans, man power tables, price schedules and
commercial pre-qualification documents such as financial capabilities & statements.
* Conducting meetings with the mechanical Engineering team, figuring
out preliminary designs and sizing for mechanical equipment based on a
preliminary vision proposed by tendering team.
* Conducting meetings with construction team for pricing of installation & erection
Works in terms of the required man power & necessary equipment required for
construction activities.

(Scope: Identify the project scope, specifications and requirements. Preparation of all the
tender technical and commercial documents and conducting meetings with the customer to
fulfill all the technical clarifications. Conduct the meeting and calls with the equipment’s
vendors to ensure the tender specifications matching) and (procurement process of all the
equipment. Technical and commercial offers evaluations, negotiations with all the
approved vendors and purchase order preparation.
