• Oversee the development of the commercial offer, technical solutions and solution narrative.
• Lead definition of customized solution for the proposal to meet site specific requirements.
• Coordinate responses to post-bid clarifications from end-user/customer technical and commercial evaluation.
• Able to coordinate more than one proposal effort simultaneously.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure that the quote was received, answer any questions, and identify when an order may be placed.
• Lead the customer through the sizing and selection process to choose equipment that will meet their needs.
• Supports Customers by telephone, e-mail and other communication possibilities.
• Ensure sales objectives/strategies are represented accurately and completely in proposals.
• Incorporate contract T&Cs as provided by Sales Managers into the proposal document.
• Travels to customers to support sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations for the Risk Ranking and participates in the Risk Review.
• Enters orders on a technical basis into the business process.
• Negotiates sales orders with customers within agreed delegation of authority.
