1. Four (4) residential towers of 54 stories in addition to the Ground floor with a Built-Up Area of 159, 034m2 for each tower and podium (total Built-Up Area of 631, 746 m2 for the four towers, equally distributed between the four buildings).
2. One (1) iconic tower consisting of 68 stories in addition to Two basement levels with a Built-Up Area of 462, 873 m2 for the tower and podium including retail and car parking in addition to the office buildings, and cabanas.
The Total BUA for the Five towers is 1, 094, 619 m2.
Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Construction supervision includes the following:
Review & approve the contractor’s documents, material submittals, shop drawing submittals, method of statement, etc.….
Implementing the engineering practice, specification requirements, local regulations & standards in cooperation with the contractor to the client’s satisfaction.
Document control of contract drawings and RFI’s.
Testing & commissioning.
Monitoring site work Progress.
b. Follow up design changes as per the client requirements, & actual site requirements & conditions.
c. Site supervision of the following systems installations:
Lighting & small power systems.
Generators, Transformers, PFC, Main, and sub-main DBs.
(Earthing and bonding, Lightning protection) systems.

Aimed to be constructed on 46-Hectares is planned to accommodate a total population of 20, 700, out of which 18, 000 are residents. The total Gross Floor Area planned is 980, 000m2 comprised of residential buildings, mixed-use areas, 2 hotels/ 4-stars & 5-star hotels, serviced/hotel apartments, community facilities, recreational club, and 2 mosques.
Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Construction supervision includes the following:

Salwa Beach Resort development consists of an approximate site area of 3, 200, 000m2 including the following packages.
• Package-1: A 4 story deluxe hotel consists of 246 rooms, Banquet hall, Spa, Mall, Cinema, Restaurant and one basement car park, Marina Seafood Restaurant, Marina Asian Fusion Restaurant, marina for 50 boats, Mosque, 58 No. Arabic type villas, 5 No. substations, and Sports center.
• Package-2 & 3: 84 Luxury villas, 22 Staff accommodation, gatehouse & service buildings, Infrastructure, and Utility hub buildings which consist of 11 substations, Generator rooms, Central Chilled water plant, Central Laundry building, Boat repair building, Central Waste collection building, and Pump rooms.
• Package-4: Desert Falls Water & Adventure Park, unique design rockwork theming located in Qatar, consisting of various adventures water sports such as Diving, Surfing Dunes, Wave pools, Aqua play, Spinning Rapids, Sliding, and canyoning, in addition to exciting leisure facilities such as Laser Tag and Go‐kart, moreover a great environment for Underwater Restaurants, Desert-themed restaurants, and Aquarium.

Supervise and monitor performance, quality of works at site to follow up the conditions of the contract made between the Owner and the contractor, review plans, specification, and contracts, directing and coordinating the inspection team, assign inspection work to inspectors, help and resolve field issues, audit inspections for conformity to contract documents and contractor submitted plans, provide professional field support as necessary during construction phases, inspect the used materials to ensure conformity with specifications, review and process the shop drawings & as-built drawings and submittals proposed by the contractor for conformance to specifications.
