Description:
• Leading a team of 2 Project Engineers and 6 Field Service Engineers to deliver several filling lines project types (new installation, relocation, conversion, modification, and upgrades).
• Supporting the commercial team from the pre-project quotation phase to order.
• Managed project execution from order to handover to customers.
• Control project performance to deliver its targets within budget. (Time, Quality, Scope and Cost).
• Maintained tactical control of project budgets and timelines to keep teams on task and achieve schedule targets.
• Translate customer market and product needs into solutions in the coordination with global suppliers.
• Managed the implementation of used filling lines dismantling, packing, overhauling at SIG Germany, and reselling.
• Communicated project plans and progress to key stakeholders, including the executive team, project contributors, business, operational and technical resources.
• Closely collaborated with project members to identify and quickly address problems.
• Coach and develop less experienced staff in multiple areas.
• Perform onsite meetings with the customer to introduce SIG technologies within the project.
• Leading departmental initiatives aligned with company strategy.
Achievements:
• Manage and deliver on time in full the first combismile filling line in the MEA region. with 10/10 customer project feedback of (Global project)
• Manage and deliver before time in full the first combidome filling line in the MEA region in Iraq during the political and COVID19 risks and limitations.
• Secure resources in all countries during the COVID19 pandemic, set risk mitigation plans to prevent any delay in the project executions.
• Manage to set contingency plans through remote solutions to deliver project scope during the pandemic (Aseptic testing and Operating training).
• Deliver several department processes automation and improvements.

• Setting and analyzing Project department KPIs and Objectives linking with the Organization Strategy.

• Leading/managing the Installation team (Seven diverse nationality engineers).
• Act as a contact partner of the customer for all technical questions of a complete Aseptic Filling and Packaging line project.
• Support in the preparation of offers, feasibility studies, create and monitor schedules, budgets, and planning.
• Previous post roles and responsibilities (Project Engineer) but on the Managerial level.
Achievements:
• Manage and deliver on time 6m euro value Project installation of 3 full lines at a multinational company in Egypt.
• Secured the delivery (in operation) of the budgeted projects to the field in 2018 & 2019.
• Coordinate, relocate, and maintain an old filling line from one customer to another in Iraq remotely during the difficult political situation and set into production successfully.
Projects region: Middle East and Africa.
Description:
• Hold Project responsibility from the contract signature until the line performance and Handover to customers.
• Responsible for Project schedule planning, Resource Planning, and project cost budgeting.
• Preparation/distribution of project reports & communications to internal & external customers (Visit reports, tracking, dashboards, etc.)
• Supervision of onsite installation & commissioning through sterility test and handover to after-sales service and customers with direct reporting from the installation team.
• Keep technical & Project documentation up to date with Global developments and communicate to the technical community.
• Initiate process improvements, technical innovations, guidelines, etc.
• Initiate and contribute to technical improvements to the robustness of our Combibloc system in collaboration with Global functions.
• Take on special projects and initiatives as required which may include inter-departmental collaboration.
Achievements:
• Design and execution of SIG Combibloc Obeikan Training Center in Dubai.
• Relocate and install two fillers on one downstream. Modify the downstream to run in two different formats.
Projects region: Projects managed in Egypt, South Africa, KSA, Kuwait, Algeria, UAE, Libya, and Iraq.
Description:
• Lead and manage the installation team during all executions and projects.
• Using and applying the Project Master Schedule (PMS).
• Championing client meetings ensuring that PMS is on track.
• Communicate with SIG Global Service in Germany and update Projects status highlighting any obstacles facing the line installation and commissioning.
• Responsible for technical installation, commissioning, technical troubleshooting, and the complete hand over of the line to the customer including related spare parts.
• Develop, issue the Project report, and share it with the operations and project department.
• Ensuring the compliance of all health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations while performing any job.
• Responsible for receiving the machine and offloading operations.
• Responsible for the inspection, repair, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for production lines.
• Responsible for issuing daily technical reports in addition to recording any customer complaints and forwarding to the responsible department.
• Provide technical support to customer staff.
• Ordering spare parts when required fulfilling customer / SIG Process.
• Installation of required modifications.
Working in a team of diversified nationality engineers execute the installation of full Aseptic filling and packaging lines efficiently, abiding by customer timeline at the customers in Asia and Africa. (Egypt “Juhayna, Beyti, Almarai, Alsabah”, KSA “Almarai, AlSafi, Gulf Union”, Libya “Almazraa”).
