Full responsibility of handling and managing the relationship with the existing customers and creating a new prospects portfolio for Riyadh territory. Setting sales strategy through a wide range of targeted business sectors (Governmental, Public and Private) including healthcare and medical sector, hotels and hospitality sector and industrial sector. Presenting the new B2B service division of the company which is the Industrial Laundry Services.

Planning and executing a sales strategy according to the company vision and standards and based on the market's analyze and research informations and also gathering the competitors' informations in order to get the complete picture and provide the solutions for the prospects including proposals and study case depending on the prospect specifications and case after gathering and identifying the needful informations about the prospect situation and behavior.

Coordination and consultation on a daily basis with the Laundry planet manager and the project manager and the operation manager (European Engineers have a professional vision, strategic mentality and positive attitude) in order to figure out the optimum proposals to the prospects in terms of operation, logisitics and pricing for both the prospect and the company (WIN-WIN Approach).

Design the proposals from A to Z after consultation with the different senior managers of the laundry to guarantee the suitable operational and logistic cycle, and seeking the economical feasibility and profits.

Maintain and setup meetings and appointments with the prospects Key decisions and senior level managers to present the service and arrange for visits to the project site and follow-up the prospect inquiries and feedbacks.

"All in" presentation style and providing a tailored presentation to the prospect in terms of quality and safety standards, economical feasibility and added values.

Coordinate with CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) for designing and best figure out our service to the market and using the best methods and tactics to increase our portfolio and sales funnel.

Negotiate the terms and conditions of the deal effectively and ensure the customer satisfaction before close the deal and conduct the contract.

Conduct and design the contract terms and specifications as per the negotiation with the costumer.

Follow- up after sales satisfaction and make sure that the service exceeds the customer expectations.

Follow-up the complaints and solving the problems with the customers with regard to the daily operations or logistics and arrange the solutions with the operation supervisor and the laundry plant manager.

Follow-up the payments deadlines and(or) the period (monthly) collection.

Updating the CRM system and provide with the progress reports to the company senior management regularly meeting (Quarterly, Half-annually and Annually).

Providing the required hand-made reports and statics by MS-Office daily, weekly and monthly to the direct manager (laundry plant manager and project manager) and\or other third parties.

At the Capital Riyadh where my dream to work inside, Especially there are a large and variety segment of customers, and there are a large sales staff also in the company, I was hoping to take a piece of cake (Customers) because of moving me to Riyadh, but it was a dreams, so the challenge was to prospecting and analyzing quickly the market, I need many information's and supporting, I didn't stop my ambitious and worked fully motivated, capacity and concentration .
After about 7 months from my working as a sales rep., I was identifying all my prospected customers needs and matching them with our services, i understood quickly the conception of quality which meets customers satisfaction, so I wasn't only just a seller and collector, but I was a consultative and adviser to my customers in order to help them making the right decision, I got a great idea that would increase the sales of the company across whole the kingdom not Riyadh only and add a true value to us, my idea was to improve the marketing level in order to reach the individuals B2C not only B2B, I already created a Facebook page and I got a great response and traffic from many users (Likers) online who interested about our products but the idea need to be applied through professionally and to create a website who define us and provide our services online, uploading this great product's which exceeds 500 item in all aspects of medical industry (medical devices, digital blood pressure, wheelchairs, electronics, disposables .. etc) with starting an advertising campaign through many social network channels ( Facebook, Google adware, Youtube and Twitter) that touch all our clients individuals, private hospitals, dispensaries, trading and public who usually don't know more about our product's because of traditional way of selling and manual providing of our product's catalogues and specifications, I promised the management with my fully responsibility of the results, but unfortunately the responding to this idea wasn't sound encourage to implement, I was very interested to apply this idea with a big confident about it's feed back to the company, so I felt disappointment to cancel and go back to the traditional method.

I used all tools, efforts that I have to achieve professionalism at my position and to provide a true value for my company and not to be negative attitude, but my dreams was pushing me towards a new world!.

I feel very satisfied about my working trip in the company which exceeded 4 years and what has been achieved to help the management for making the right decision .

At Feb 2010, I moved from Ha'el city to Dammam city which we have a big branch covering Eastern Province and this movement happened with a desire of my executive director (financial manager) with the same position (Accounting & Financial Management) with extra duties and responsibility's includes follow up Customer Account's and Overdue debts and bad debts that exceeded 1.35 Million Riyals and display the results at reports to management and managers, up to dated.

Coordinate with "To do" the different accounting&financial tasks includes arrange the documents and recording all accounting documents daily, weekly, monthly and annually, internally and externally, i got hands-on experience at medical industry based on accounting, auditing, inventory tracking, monthly analysis for sales and costumer accounts , i was provide help and financial support to evrey part that related with achieving goals for recovering bad debt's including costumers contacting arrangement or support and give the financial advice to sales teamwork.

I was very interested in Sales strategies and marketing, thus i created facebook page for marketing more than 500 Medical items of interest to a large segment of the market by individuals or entities, with my fully enthusiasm for starting the successful internet marketing because the company is one of the oldest medical companies and it has many qualified products which can be marketing with a professional level that ensure the company services development and
necessarily increases the sales, this also need willing from the management to devolope this idea and a budget for advertising through variety internet advertising such as facebook advertising, google Adware, for getting "likes" and visitor traffics and set-up a website for the company to show all products with fully professionalism and create other channels like twitter, youtube.
, this ambitions happened while i'm working to develop accounting & financial reports and after 14 months i had succeeded to return "bad debts" about 1.2 million Riyals has been recognized by the Owner .

In the beginning 2012 after the end of the annual inventory period and with my seeking and ambitious for working at Sales&Marketing position to activate my creative skills and utilize my communication skills, it was a challenge to achieving my goals and enhancing my professional skills through (sales and marketing, Time management strategies and multiple work plans, i had enjoyed with my increasing curve at negotiation and win to win skills, i try every time to be hard-worker and flexible challenger in order to makes the deadlines, i have worked under pressure most of the time, i like every communication to every positive step thus, i was self-motivated, success negotiator, ambitious, fast moving towards goals, completely team-worker .

As a result of my first working experience and passion for a new improvement and progress, based on sort of good relationship with the manager of Humiedan & Khowaiter Medical Co., Hail branch through my work and communications with during my work in Wesam Pharmacies, he offered me the job offer for the position needed for the branch in Hail of Humiedan & Khowaiter Medical Co., so I had accepted the opportunity with a high enthusiasm.

- Assist the branch manager to ensure work instructions, guides and support documents are prepared and reviewed on a regular basis.
- Prepare Payment voucher, transfer and petty cash.

- Support all HQ department levels with the requested reports and documents.

** after two years from opening the branch and after finishing the annual inventory process, the owner has decided to close the branch at haiel due to a profitability feasibility compared to the sales level and the expected profits, so ha'el territory branch merged again back to Qassim branch and I moved to another big challenge in Dammam branch.
