Being a member of the sales opportunity team, you will give technical presentations, demonstrations, help execute proof of concepts, design and implement solutions leveraging P-Sellers, partners, ISVs and Microsoft Consulting Services as needed.
I am directly support the market share and revenue growth of Microsoft Data Platform platform through your technical leadership in designing and implementing mission critical solutions for our customers.
- The thought leader in Dynamics 365 F&O space. Leading by participating in internal Microsoft technical communities and in the broader industry events and publishing blogs, whitepapers, reference architecture etc in your area of expertise.
- Influencing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 go to market strategies by providing feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers you encounter
Click to edit position description- Perform on-site consulting services for implementation projects, including but not limited to:
- Implement Dynamics AX.
- Understand, communicate, interpret, and document business processes and requirements.
- Create and develop design specifications including gap/fit analysis documentation.
- Configure Dynamics AX environment to meet client requirements.
- Work with technical team to design, test, and implement customization.
- Provide end-user training and end-user support throughout the implementation
- Perform ongoing support services to existing clients as needed via email/phone support and on-site visits.
- Develop and continually refine ERP implementation standards and tools/documents.
- Utilize ERP implementation standards and tools/documents.
- Participate in project quality assurance process as appropriate.
- Provide sales support as needed.
- Participate in user group meetings as a presenter/subject matter expert resource.
- Perform mentoring and/or coaching to team members and share knowledge among all team members.
- Communicate with technical services team to ensure a project’s technical requirements are met.
- Provide inputs regarding Dynamics AX.
- Develop an understanding of our client business needs to define systems requirements for Dynamics AX.
- Act as the liaison between the business users and the IT implementation core team
- Test the functionality developed by the implementation team against the business requirements
- Provide training to the business users on AX.
- Good functional and domain (manufacturing) experience
- Capability in AX functional and system design
- Capability in planning & analyzing for AX implementation.
- Writing Functional specification, Quick specification, Data gap document and training material
