As project manager experienced implementing an Energy Management Systems (EMS). I will be responsible for the IS side of an EMS project implementation responsible for oversight and day-to-day interactions with technical team members, including partner organizations, implementing the technical deliverables for the EMS project. Scope covers:
• The monitoring of partner activities charged with building the Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) network.
• Directing and managing non-partner resource responsible for CNI Network, Infrastructure and ICCP activity.

• Development and updating of technical project plans and schedules. Including the timely updates to deliverables and activities for the technical team on a weekly basis so as to support project status reporting and leadership updates.
• Ensuring corrective action is implemented to realign IS planned activity in support of the project schedule.
• Creation of the monthly project status report (PSR) and ensuring all stakeholders input is received.
• Re-execution of change management, risk and issues management processes for the technical team deliverables.
• Re-verification of monthly costs and the monthly future forecasting costs for technical team resources, hardware, and software and purchased services.
• Adherence of all IS Standards and Procedures across technical deliverables.
• Confirming technical team member weekly timesheets.
• Team member NERC CIP (traveler) approvals.
• Technical team member work pack and PO extensions as necessary.
• Responsible for the `how` side of the project implementation from a technical perspective.
• Responsible for working with the Business Project Manager to communicate IS deliverables and progress.

As Project-Manager/ Main-Contractor responsibilities’ involves:
