1)Retain high net worth individuals by conducting a credit analysis of what’s the competition is offering and coming up with a solution within the banks policy to retain the customer.
2)Handle day to day high net worth customer requests and conduct proper follow up with various internal departments to ensure that customer requests are processed within the established SLA.
3)Maintain and update MIS of large account customer’s Portfolio
1)Achieving financial targets in credit cards, deposits, saving certificates.
2)Handling branch security items like credit cards, ATM cards, check books, captured cards, Returned Checks, online banking access credentials and delivering those items to their respective customers.
3)Processing Various Customer requests and Certificates like liability Certificates, clearance certificates, account statements, Car Mortgage release certificates.
4)Handling customer complaints.
5)Cross Selling Bank Products to existing customers and introduce new customers to the bank.
