The operations include monitoring of ATM machines on Gasper and USwitchware, ATM incident management, FLM, SLM, ATM facilities, Cash Loading, reconciliation, customer disputes and Premises Maintenance etc.

Worked as Escalation Team Leader - ATM Operations for almost all Banks in India on ATM managed services project. The operations include monitoring of ATM machines on TMS (Tata Monitoring System), ATM incident management, FLM, SLM, ATM facilities/ premises maintenance etc.

Worked as Senior Incident Management Agent - ATM Operations for International Banks on ATM managed services project. The operations include monitoring of ATM machines on Gasper, FLM, SLM, ATM incident management etc.

Worked with Diebold System Pvt Ltd as Senior EMS Executive - ATM Monitoring. Diebold systems having installed more than 20, 000 ATM/CDM machines for different banks across India. Joined Diebold group in May 2006 as EMS executive and achieved promotion as Senior EMS Executive level during 2 years Tenure with Diebold.
