Commercial Negotiations:
●Present suitable commercial proposal Strategy to acquire the required services/ product for small / large scale productions, with a deep interest in promos, ads, Trailers, and snippets.
●Lead commercial negotiations with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
●Develop negotiation strategies and tactics to maximize value and mitigate risks.
●Conduct market analysis to identify potential partners and negotiate competitive pricing.

●Handpicked to own Budget Control & resource planning to set up a Production Unit from grounds up.
●Accredited with commercial negotiations and event planning of mega events such as Indian premier League (IPL), ICC World Cup, BCCI cricketing events and series in India.
●Addressed the constantly exceeding budget for the domestic event through a deep dive analysis and close identification as well as correction of unwarranted elements to reduce the cost. o Cross-trained the crew to enabled them to take on additional responsibilities and successfully reduced the production cost by a huge margin and project savings.
