Responsible for the conception, implementation and success of the Continuous Improvement Program spanning 6 sites and 400+ employees. Leading change, driving customer/service excellence, and providing strategic insight to senior leadership.
My role at DHL is multi-dimensional and often times cross functional in nature, highlighting my well rounded skill set. Broadly categorized, I perform business development, key account management and project management for Contract Logistics Dubai. I am currently reporting to the country Head of Commercial Operations.
- Lead Analyst on all commercial bids for contract logistics Dubai - we have won all the bids I’ve participated in by effectively identifying & translating customer needs into smart, tailored solutions that reduce lead time and logistics costs.
- Project Manager for Oil/Energy Accounts Operational Excellence Initiatives from conception through implementation and delivery, generating productivity improvements of 20% and restoring client confidence.
- Key Accounts Management for a portfolio of regional accounts - generated significant upsell opportunities for storage, freight and consulting services through active leadership and relationship management.
- Conceptualized and delivered on an initiative to identify revenue leakage within our key contract logistics accounts - leading a cross functional team to find solutions for monthly figures of almost 1 million AED.
