Induction and Orientation of new joiners:
Handle the onboarding, induction, orientation, of new joiners in the company and support the Employees in settling down in the organization.
Follow up with the line managers for probation assessments and issue confirmation letters.
Handle unsatisfactory performance following the completion of probation period.
Recruitments:
To manage the recruitment process from inception to hand-over of a finalised procedure (all completed pre-employment checks)
Discussing with the line managers for the vacancies available and understanding the job descriptions.
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals, in the most cost effective and influential way.
Job Analysis:
Assist the capability manager in analyzing the various jobs in the company and also update the job descriptions on a timely basis.
Training & Development:
Conduct the training need analysis by meeting the respective department heads and understand their requirement for their team.
Assist in sourcing for appropriate training programs and meet training providers in order to get the correct training as per TNA.
Prepare the training materials for in-house training programs.
Conduct post training analysis, document them and inform back the line managers by keeping a close feedback mechanism with them regarding day to day development initiatives.
Payroll for HODs
Handling the payroll for HOD’s and Emiratis.
Preparing the NOC’s, salary certificates and child education reimbursement for all the HOD’s.
HR Generalist/CSR Activities:
Prepare and update the organization charts.
Prepare all the HR reports from SAP, as and when required.
Arrange for free training workshops for the employees.
Conducting exit interviews.
Organize health checkups in laise with Dubai Care.
Preparing a shadowing program for the interns with rotation within the different departments.
Handling recruitments for higher management & middle management positions in different sectors from various clients & international clients.
Handling the entire gamut of recruitment process (internal) for both IT as well as non IT sector.
Conducting the Joining Formalities for the new employee- preparing the offer letters, opening of bank salary accounts and maintaining of all the documentation of the newly recruited candidate
Handling entire Recruitments for India as well as UAE catering to different industries specializing in Banking and Financial sector, and IT Domain.
Passed with first class
