Responsibilities
o Review and analyze cost sheets, budget baseline and revisions and ensure proper estimation and sufficiency of project resources.
o Monitoring the cost performance, conducting cost analysis, cost control, assessing the cost variances and monitoring of the budget.
o Perform project costing related reporting, such as cost reports & PFR Reports.
o Develop cost breakdown for potential Change Orders & Lead the negotiations with the client until the approval.
o Engage in managing client-related disputes and claims, ensuring resolution through effective communication, analysis, and documentation.

Responsibilities
o Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
o Calculate and revise forecasts of probable cost of labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors, staff and other prelims elements; utilizing agreements, historical data, offers, incurred actual costs, consumption trends, quantity calculations, and future needs.
o Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of Invoices processes, etc.
o Performs project costing related reporting, such as cost control & cash flow reports (weekly & monthly reports).
o Perform and manage project financial activity monitoring and purchase requests creation and follow up, also reviewing all POs & RFAs for suppliers and subcontractors.
o Coordinate and work with the supply chain management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
o Coordinate with Procurement Department for new suppliers and subcontractors with better rates and payment conditions.
o Coordinate and work with Procurement Department to construct a database of suppliers and subcontractors for periodic evaluation.

o Participated with the Tendering team in estimating some prospective projects and negotiating with our suppliers and subcontractors for better quotations at required schedule and quality.

Teaching and Research Assistant at Mechanical Design and Production Engineering Department (Industrial Engineering Major) in Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University.
Responsibilities:
o Assist professors in conducting seminars, problem sessions, and laboratory sessions for undergraduate students in the department.
o Prepare reference materials for lectures and problem sessions.
o Assist professors in exams invigilation.
o Participate in Grade examinations.
o Perform laboratory experiments and research related to the MSc. thesis.
o Assist the supervisor in the thesis results analysis and in the preparation of the thesis article.

Responsibilities:
o Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
o Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
o Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
o Assign workers and other staff to production operations
o Schedule shift according to production needs
o Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
o Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
