- Letter of Guarantee Department
Job Description:
1. Responsible of preparing letters of guarantee with national and international banks.
2. Follow up the letters of guarantee, their validity and expire.
3. Follow up the Company accounts and deposits in foreign currency with all the banks.
4. Internal audit with the bank.
- Letter of Credit Department
Job Description:
1. Responsible for opening letters of credit with banks and external clients.
2. Following up external shipments, finishing custom clearance
- Transferring and Banking Issues
1. Following up cash flow statement
2. Editing balance sheet and financial statements.
- Finance Leasing Department
1. Provide administrative and marketing support to other Leasing team members in daily operations
2. Create expense reports and update files for leasing personnel
- Prepare lease analysis and proposals for Leasing Team
- Streamline the Lease Approval Process
