Design - Design Review
Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural, mechanical, and other engineering teams to ensure electrical systems align with the
overall building design and construction strategy.
Technical Design & Detailing: Develop comprehensive shop drawings for electrical (LV) systems—including power distribution, lighting layouts, panelboard
schedules—and for low current systems such as fire alarm, ICT, security, access control, AV/BGM, lighting control, and BMS.
BIM Model Management: Maintain and update BIM models in coordination with ongoing design revisions, ensuring changes are accurately reflected and
shared with relevant stakeholders. Including LOD 400 and 500.
Coordination Meetings: Participate in technical and coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve design issues and
ensure alignment across disciplines.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare technical documentation and regular coordination reports to support internal reviews, consultant updates, and
management briefings.
Standards & Regulations: Ensure that all drawings and models complywith applicable codes and local authority requirements.
