Job duties and responsibilities:
Setting and tracking annual plan & objectives.
Prepare and control the annual budget.
Analyzing information and prepare reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other
parties.
Organizing team roles and evaluating their performance and providing constant feedback and coaching.
Oversee day-to-day operations.
Improving efficiency and developing processes.
Ensure policies applying.
Plan and Manage the Vocational Education & Training unit activities:
1- Vocational Education Programs
Scope: Vocational Education Students.
- Identifying the future need of students with the upper-level managers
- Oversee and participate in the students’ selecting process.
- Set the 3 years training plan and design the program schedules, allocations, and rotation plan.
- Plan and supervise the practical evaluations (Internal Evaluation, MOE Evaluation, and TEVET
Evaluation)
- Assist in the hiring process and allocations after graduation.
2- Undergraduate Internships
Scope: Universities and institutions Students.
A- Summer Internships
- Cooperate with the technical managers to identify the capacity of each department for enrolling
the students.
- Cooperate with the technical managers to design the theoretical and practical training topics
- Supervise the internship program implementation.
B- Site Visits
Scope: Universities and institutions Students.
- Cooperate with the Universities and institutions and coordinate with the technical departments to
identify the visit program, topics, and Schedule
3- Postgraduates Internship
A- Full-Time Trainees
Scope: Universities, institutions, and Vocational Schools fresh graduates.
- Coordinate with the technical managers to set the training plan.
- Follow up on the training implementation and evaluation.
B- Training for Employment programs
Scope: Universities, institutions, and Vocational Schools fresh graduates.
- Identifying the future need of fresh graduates with the upper-level managers
- Set the training plan and design the program schedules, allocations, and rotation plan.
- Oversee and participate in the trainees' selection process.
- Supervise the program implementation and trainees' evaluation.
1- Corporate learning & development:
• Map out annual training plan and Coordinate with the internal and external Training providers.
• Select the training provider for each training program.
• Follow up the implementation and the organization of the planned training schedules and secure all the training needs.
• Mange the daily training activities and facilitate the training requirements in the training rooms.
• Design and develop training programs (outsourced and in-house)
• Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, on-the-job training).
• Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
• Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
• Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

Documentations and archiving.
Develop company sales methods (Direct sales, E-sales, Retail sales, affiliate sales).
Following up the E-sales tools, customer requests and the delivery.
