• Reconciliation of all cash disbursment in international offices reported from China and Hong Kong.
• Budgeting and Scheduling of monthly payment plan for suppliers in China and Hong Kong
• Monthly reporting of payments made to suppliers in China and Hong Kong.
• Reconciliation of cash vouchers with book entries received from China and Hong Kong.

• Validating vendor’s invoices with goods received in the systems.
• Handling all cash disbursement and entry in the system.
• Making Barcode and entry in accounting system (Dac Easy by Sage).
• Complete Cost Calculation of all models received (verifying with quotations, L.P.Os. and vendor’s invoices)
• Entry of Purchase Orders, Purchase returns, Sales Invoices and Credit Notes in Dac Easy.
• Entry of Goods Receive Note/Service Receive Note in Dac Easy.
• Verifying vendor’s invoices with purchase orders and merchandise received.
• Monitoring vendor’s statements and entry of payables.
• Making and recording of components code in Dac Easy for assembly.
• Attachments of all components of a product for assembling in Dac Easy.
• Daily assembling of components and products in Dac Easy.
• Making assembly report, P.Os. status Report, receipts report, sales report, Vendors Payments Report.
• Compiling all Purchases and sales related documents.
• Entry and control of complete inventory and stock in Dac Easy.
• Entry, maintaining and control of spare parts Invoices in Dac Easy.
