Teaching the Korean and Emirati operators specialized English to be able to improve their interactions with each other and ensure they are fluent to respond in emergencies.
Required constantly adapting to the changing needs of the plant and the individual requirements of each operator in order to move them, one by one, towards meeting the needs of each team.
Teaching 5 sections of Research and Report Writing to Emiratiri male students both in university and adult learners.
Used technology, laptops, internet applications and ipads to help students produce 2 research papers that would help them in their university careers.
Teaching Emirati women and men the English they need to become the future teachers of the UAE. The foundation courses lowest levels were my speciality as they required the most creativity to both hold the attention of the students and keep them motivated.
Started up a library reading project which resulted in a university wide initiative to push students to get awarded and recognized for their achievements in reading.
• Re-design and program language programs for the Naval College and Khalifa bin Zayed Aviation College

• Conducted professional development workshops at the department, whole school and multi-school level across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Topics included Integrating CEPA Skills into the curriculum, developing effective rubrics, and how to use ability grouping to differentiate instruction.
• Interpreted and created resources to implement the new ADEC curriculum.
• Advised teachers in pedagogy and techniques to improve student achievement.
• Guided teachers in working towards standards based instruction and outcome based learning
• Coordinated weekly workshops for 1400 educators at all levels throughout the country.
• Demonstrated successful management of the program resulting in improved performance of teachers in English.
• Designed, researched, wrote and delivered a practical, module-based curriculum on a wide-range of pedagogical topics in addition to rethinking the traditional method of exam preparation.
• Identified and nurtured teacher leaders using ‘train the trainer’ model throughout the country to enhance sustainability of program goals after its conclusion.
• Created the first workshops in the UAE for outstanding teachers introducing them to the standards based environment
• Post-program analysis demonstrated 7 point improvement in average score of students in the national exam as well as correlation between high-performing students and active participant teachers.
• Developed curriculum for lower level students in English.
