Headhunting and recruiting staff for the F & B Team
Follow up with HR and Government Relations on the Visa status of new recruits, coordinating in the booking flights
Compile written responses to government agencies
Updating and complying the internal HR Policies and Procedures
Maintain and update staff notice board as per policy of F&B department
Ensure correct procedures are followed when on-boarding of new staff and with the departure of terminated staff
Ensure adherence to all applicable laws
Coordinate with QMA Government Relations for all necessary certifications in order for employees to be work-ready
Coordinate with QMA Government Relations for all necessary certifications for Restaurant and Kitchen operation
To ensure accommodation rules, regulations and code of conduct are adhered to
Manage staff transportation
Manage staff housing and related services in liaison with QMA Housing Department, Management Services section
Organize Team Buildings
Organize and Perform Trainings for the staff
Plan and Organize a Staff Tour Bus Agenda
Recruiting Responsibilities
Screening application forms, shortlisting applicants, devising and implementing selection processes, conducting preliminary interviews, psychometric tests and personality questionnaires
Organizing and performing certified trainings
Organizing interviews with the Cruise Ship companies and companies from the OAE & Qatar, preparing documents screening candidates
Instructing recruitment procedure to staffs, supervising selection process, taking part in interview process, ensuring all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
Supervising the keeping of recruitment records, maintaining an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
Processing Responsibilities
Processing of all documentation for all candidates (accepted) after an interview with an USA, UAE, Qatar or European company for recruitment and employment (approximately 120 candidates per month)
Corresponding with all Embassies from all over the world, (USA, UK, Italian, Canadian, Spanish, French, Australian, Turkish, Holland, German etc.), scheduling visa interviews, obtaining information about necessary documents, collecting all documentation, filling in all visa forms (on line or printed), gathering information on daily bases for all possible changes or upgrades at a specific embassy
Attending all trainings and seminars for each employment company(foreign), gathering information and knowledge about requirements for documentation needed before employment
Everyday correspondence (telephone, e-mail and skype) with foreign companies (in English and German Language)
Supervision of all phases in the processing, corresponding with the in charge medical institutions for medical examinations, keeping books of accounts for the processing fees
