Design, construction and technical assistance to the operation of a desalination plant by reverse
osmosis, as well as the execution of civil works
 Negotiate contract terms, scope of work, milestones, timelines, and pricing, aiming to
secure mutually beneficial agreements (claims, snag list, taking over certificate…)
 Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, and
contractual obligations
