•Responsible for recruiting global talents across UAE-Middle East and GCC
•Qualifying/ pre-screening candidates by means of interviews through phone or email for junior,
supervisor, managerial and executive roles.
•Responsible for head hunting, research and job postings to attract prospect candidates.
Conducts initial screening through phone interviews then arrange and coordinate with candidates once shortlisted.
