Prepare, establish, communicate and implement Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001
and ISO 27001) to ensure compliance by all to policies and procedures
Ensure that complete implementation and verification of IMS Policy in addition to mandatory requirements of ISO 27001.
Provide internal trainings, inductions, awareness program to Glenbeigh employees including contractors
Ensure that Integrated Management System’s KPIs and objectives are met.
Provides appropriate safety and health, accident prevention, and investigation training for all
GRM employees and contractors.
Lead the annual Internal Audit and provide training to internal auditors if there are any revision, amendment / changes made to ISO standards and Local Regulations
Develop and implement HSSEQ knowledge management and communications processes (internal and external) towards promoting and reinforcing HSSEQ learning and knowledge
sharing across GRM.
Prepare Incident / Accident Report and provides immediate and implement preventive actions to eliminate reoccurrence
Ensure adherence to appropriate Local Regulations especially to Dubai and DWC safety practices
Responsible for the issue, update and maintenance of Integrated Management System procedures.
Review the Integrated Management System records and determine if the document can be destroyed (after retention period).
Responsible for planning and scheduling internal audits of the IMS
Monitors Non-conformances and progress of proposed action / response with regards to the IMS Internal and External Audit
Ensuring that risk assessments have been established, reviewed and control measures are implemented.
Together with Operations Manager ensure that all employees and visitors understand GRM Security Policy and Procedures and that all employees are trained and equipped adequately to follow established procedures / plan
Ensuring that all persons working for or on behalf of GRM are aware of the GRM Information Security Policies and Procedures.
Assist Facilities Manager to ensure that GRM facilities are up to standards, client requirements and Regulations - all corrective and preventive maintenance has been properly performed and rectified so that assets are restored to an operational condition within the tolerances or limits established for in-service operations.
Assess process, compliance or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
Conduct inspection and audits to ensure adherence to Local Regulations, International Standards and client requirements.
Implement follow-up strategies to ensure complete resolution of compliance problems
• Provide a comprehensive advice, guidance and support to client and to all MAF-DALKIA personnel including Directors, Managers, Engineers, technicians at all matters affecting health, safety, environment and quality at the workplace
• Assist Contracts Manager and ADAC EHS and IMS Managers for maintaining the maximum degree of control of HSEQ at the workplace
• Prepare, establish, communicate, implement and improve complete Intergated Management Systems (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001) to ensure compliance by all to policies and procedures (MAF-DALKIA employees, subcontractors, etc.)
• Ensure best quality of HSEQ services are provided within ADAC in a competent manner and to maintain the operations safely
• Highlight all HSEQ concerns immediately to ADAC for remedial and immediate action
• Provide internal trainings, inductions, awareness program to more than 350 technicians in addition to subcontractors’
• Conducts monthly HSEQ inspection and reports IMS performance including needs for improvement, accident / incident / near miss details to client
• Control HSEQ matter related to subcontractors
• Lead IMS internal audit on different sites in UAE
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicator and trends are measured, ‘Root Causes’ identified and improvement programs implemented
• Ensure that all prepared Standard Operating Procedures have been implemented and that critical activities identified have been ‘Risk assessed”
• Legal assessments identified and complied
• Collate and provide any necessary statistical reports to Head Office and to client as required
• Undertake accident and incident investigations and provide detailed reports
• Develop and implement safety programs and initiatives to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses and promote the health and wellbeing of all employees
• Ensure that actions are corrected / followed up in compliance with External Audit findings
• Responsible for assisting the General Manager, ensuring that all products and services of ZENER meets standards set by the Municipal and Governmental regulations and other accreditation agencies.

• Responsible for the implementation of policies, control, monitoring and advising all aspects of HSEQ system with the organization.
• Review IMS procedures in compliance with Municipal, Governmental and other accreditation agencies requirements.
• Review internal HSEQ policies and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing, or develop new recommendations from these assessments

• To prepare WPS, PQR, as per client requirement
• To witness the welder qualification test as per ASME SEC IX or client requirement
• Inspect the fit-up stage, weld visual stage as per standard.

• Performs Nondestructive Testing (NDT) and inspection such as Radiographic Testing (RT); Magnetic Particle Testing (MT); Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT); Leak Testing; Holiday Testing; Hardness Testing, Ultrasonic Testing (UT - flaw detection); Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging (UTG) for our clients from different industries such as Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Fabrication and Marine.
• Conduct verification of Nondestructive testing equipments prior to use
• Check the accuracy and detect ability of equipment and if not, conduct re-verification.
• Performed Penetrant testing on pipe ends, repaired joints and suspected hidden defects like scab, blister, laps and cracks as per prevailing standards and customer’s requirements.
• Reports and Documentation of all NDT inspection to QA/QC Group.
• Verify and checks the areas especially were Gamma Ray inspection is needed. Secure working permits of all the areas concerned, make sure that all area have barricades, warning devices and make sure the area is accessible to the operators. Report any problems during site visit and during testing.
• Performed as a 3rd party inspector. Verify and checked the welding procedure, drawing, welding consumables and welders qualification records.
• Assist internal performance and system audits to monitor compliance with quality assurance plan, and also with other contractual QA/QC requirements and requirements imposed by work plans (in the absence of the GM).
• Prepare and conduct regulatory audits.
• Arranging and undertaking staff training for Lonestar QMS.
• Track correction of detected non-conformances to QA policies and procedures, and to safety disposal procedures.
• Assist GM to statistically analyze QC results and update control limits including performing trend analyses, to determine ongoing validity of analytical systems.Maintain individual certifications and professional society memberships as required by certifying agencies or the Section Supervisor.
• Review and verifies client technical requirements in the Job Information form.

• Examine and interpret inspection methods and test results.
• Ensuring cost effective operation, safety and reliability of plant.
• Perform planned and scheduled non-destructive testing tasks on both workshop and field equipments.
• Understand QA documentation, interpret and write reports of test results, conduct trend analysis, predict and recommend plant and equipment maintenance activities.
• Assist CIFRA Marketing (sister company) for on-site demonstration and conducting exhibits.
