•Deals with different suppliers basic inquiries on raw materials specifications and responsible in preparing recommendations necessary to issue purchase orders.
•Provides technical information needed for sourcing out new raw materials thru the aid of sales agent from different suppliers.
•Coordinate with suppliers on the status of raw materials delivery schedule, existing stocks and incoming shipment.
•Monitor all incoming deliveries of raw materials both local and imported orders.
•Conduct physical monthly inventory for all existing raw materials available on
Hand at the warehouse department.
•Implementation of strategic procurement function for assigned material fields, dentifying synergies and pooling potential and exploring opportunities to achieve the best prices, terms and conditions and delivery excellence.
•Procurement market analysis, creation of procurement / pooling strategies, networking with global procurement.
•Supplier selection evaluation as per Oversea Warp Knitting processes and tools in order to achieve the maximum profits contribution to the corporate targets.
•Assurance of data transparency (Procurement volumes, suppliers, forecast of demand, etc) contribution to margin by controlling and implementation of procurement process.
•Price calculations and preparation of terms and conditions including requisite documentations.
•Entertains calls from client regarding status of their orders and updating them from time to time on other pending orders.
•Handles customers' purchase orders, monitoring their status and desired delivery schedule of finished.
•Regular checking of customers' job orders, finished goods inventory, pending job orders and delivery receipts.
•Deals with different customers' basic inquiries, fabric complaints and back jobs /returned fabrics by the customers.
•Responsible for treating sick animals within assigned section.
•Give appropriate instructions on the do’s and don’ts of animal husbandry.
