 Do All pump Head Calculation For Water Supply System.
 Follow up all Drainage and water supply system installation.
 Follow up all payment from client and subcontractor.
 Prepare All Drainage and water supply system Schematics diagram .
 Prepare And supervise All Shop drawings With Draughtsman.
 Prepare designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and working drawings, and develops details and edits specifications.
 Prepare the heat load calculation by HAP software.
 Calculate the duct and pipe size by manual and software.
 Prepare the BOQ and take Off Material.
 Providing the material submittal and review as per project specification.
 Selecting the equipment as per the design required and specification.
 Assuring the compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, UL, ANSI, ASTM, AMCA.
 Stick to the gulf region design parameters and United Arab Emirates’ codes.
 Preparation of conceptual, development and detailed design to standards.
 Assuring full compliance with Civil Defense, local authorities, and LEED (Green Building) .
 Providing the operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals to end users and participating in providing detailed training on different mechanical equipment.
 Assuring that all site works meet safety requirements, safety first.
 Time management and organization to handle the work on time as per the project plan.
 Monitor the cost at different stages of the project.

Studying & Auditing of Tender documents’ & drawings

Allocation of materials quantities, pricing analysis, assessment and
finalization
Preparing Shop drawings, Materials Submittals, & Variations

Supervision and execution of work progress, activities, materials, cost control,
site works & meetings of the project
