• Responsible in processing the order in the system- (template, item creation etc.), preparing and getting budget approvals for new orders which is not included in the budgeted orders (for Fashion).
• Coordinating with the supplier for the order update, delivery window, shipping process.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Managing the onboarding process for new suppliers- as per company process
• Sending order confirmation to supplier, providing all the requirements for the shipment.
• According to the incoterm, shipment will be process accordingly seek for forwarder, confirm the shipment to the forwarder as well as to the supplier, and will monitor the shipment from supplier up to warehouse.
• Prior to the shipment arrival, costing sheet must be prepared for items pricing and to ensure that order selection is provided to ware house team for checking purposes.
• Ensuring compliance in all areas of procurement activity.
