Project: Roads and Infrastructure for Ashghal in West Muaither (Al Manaseer) - Package 2
o Coordinate with Logistics Manager, Logistics Supervisor and suppliers regarding equipment status/ requirements.
o Maintain equipment log (new arrival/ breakdown/ replacement/ off hired/ etc.).
o Send daily report for equipment status.
o Coordinate with Diesel Consumption Controller regarding diesel supply/ consumption.
o Submit request for bulk diesel as required.
o Maintain diesel consumption log.
o Monitor and send report regarding supplied diesel to other project(s).
o Coordinate with QS regarding back charges.
o Send monthly report for diesel consumption.
o Assist in preparing monthly timesheet for equipment.
o Prepare Procurement Requisition & PMV Request Form.
o Coordinate with Procurement team regarding LPOs.
o Prepare/submit Logistics Management Plan until fully approved.
Project: Doha Metro Project - Manufacture, Supply and Installation
o Assist SSA/ RAM Manager in tracking/ processing Hazard Transfer Sheets and Safety Notices.
o Monitor incoming/ outgoing documents from/ to Design Verification Engineers (DVEs).
o Monitor emails from/ to DVEs and take necessary action.
o Maintain DVEs’ log/ tracker.
o Follow up documents.
o Validate if documents for official submission to the Client/ PMCS are DVE certified.
o Prepare Monthly Report for the Client/ PMCS.
o Coordinate with Sub-System Engineers within MSI in Doha, Qatar.
o Coordinate with Design Verification Engineers in LTA Singapore.
o Coordinate with Administration Personnel/ PRO for DVEs’ timesheet/ transportation/ accommodation/ VISA concerns.
Project: Doha Metro Project - Major Stations
o In-Charge of the Document Control team if the Document Control Manager is not around.
o Attend meetings/ discussions with the Project Management Consultant, Design Verification Engineers, Design Consultants & Sub-Contractors.
o Manage Document Controllers in engineering department.
o Provide necessary reports to the Project Management Team.
o Setup new Aconex user/ guest user.
o Provide basic training for Aconex users.
o Customize different workflows in Aconex.
o Assure document quality to include completeness, accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
o Bulk process/bulk upload/bulk supersede documents/drawings/letters in Aconex.
o Issue document/drawing numbers as per different disciplines.
o Maintain FCR Register.
o Receive and review documents/drawings/letters from sub-contractors then distribute to
designated recipients internally.
o Ensure correct stamp is used on the drawings/sketches.
o Submit documents/ drawings/letters to the Client/ PMC/ Sub-contractors via workflow/
transmittal according to the procedure/ requirements.
o Maintain a hard copy reference library of all documentation, which ensures quick and
easy retrieval of information.
1st Client: INTUIT (QuickBooks)
o Assist customers in making their QuickBooks (accounting software) work/open.
2nd Client: VONAGE (VOIP Phone Service)
o Assist customers in fixing issues on their home phone like:
- No dial tone.
- Not able to make domestic/international calls.
- Not able to receive calls.
- Getting choppy/garbled/dropped audio/calls.
- Cannot be heard by the other party.
- Cannot hear the other party.
- Also assist customers with billing issues.
Client: NETWORK SOLUTIONS (provides services like Domain Names, Web Hosting, Web Site Design, E-Commerce, Search Engine Marketing, SSL Certificates, E-mail and Domain Name Registration services)
o Assist customers in getting their own domain name registered.
o Assist customers in getting the right webhosting package for them.
o Assist customers in designing their website using a ribbon technology (drag and drop).
o Ensure that customer’s website and email(s) are published and working properly.
o Ensure that customer’s keywords for their website are submitted successfully to different
search engines.
o Educate customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to
their concerns.
Client: United Health Group
o Assigned to document analysis as per client requirements.
o Encodes and research solution of customer issues.
o Do load balancing.
o Ensures that team quality metrics are met by auditing transactions processed by the team.
o Review Statistics on a daily basis and provide constructive feedback.
o Sends email(s) to Clients regarding daily/weekly buddy audit reports, issues and concerns.
o Audit edited pages from Imagers using the software, ACDsee, according to the specifications of the clients, before passing it to the QA team.
o Edit texts and images using the software, Adobe Photoshop, according to the specifications of the clients.
