Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of funds flow statement to monitor day to day operations smoothly.
2. Preparation of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L along with Schedules) as per requirement of Management as and when required.
3. Preparation of MSOD Statements to banks on monthly basis and other related Statements data provided to bank as and when required.
4. Handled medium size (3 members) team in Fin&Accts Dept and smoothly run the accounting operations
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of Funds flow statement on fort night basis to monitoring day to day operations with various Banks & Credit Facilities management with Banks.
2. Handled smoothly Day to day accounting operations.
3. Preparation of Monthly BRS Statements of all the Banks.
4. Preparation of Payroll statements on monthly basis and as well as leave updation statements along with leave salary and final settlements.
5. Monitoring Interest rates on OD, LTR & Term Loans and monthly calculations crossing checking with bank statements.
6. Well handling of Stock Audits conducted by Internal & Statutory Auditors.
7.Attended Internal Audit on Quarterly basis and Statutory Audit on Half Yearly
basis.
8.Preparation of cost control statements related to various of head of expenses
accounts like(Admn&Distribution .exps, Interest etc., ) and comparative analysis
with previous years data.
9. Preparation of Sales & Production analysis along with WIP Statements schedules
for monthly accounts.
10.Preparation of Fixed Assets registers and physical checking controls on all the assets
on Quarterly basis with coding basis.
11.Conducting Physical Inventory checking on all the concerned locations on
monthly basis with the coordination of stores Dept.
12. Assisting Finance controller for finalization of monthly, Quarterly and
Yearly accounts Closing works.
13. Assisting Finance controller in AGM/EGM meetings and compliance with
MSM and CMA regulations.
14. Capitalization of assets & handling Depreciation of all assets as per the
Accounting standards.
15. Preparation of Monthly Payroll for more than 275 employees in Excel package.
