Roles and Responsibilities
• Actively involved in classroom management and evaluation process.
• Teach undergraduate level students of the university.
• Participate in evaluating and assessing instructional effectiveness and continuous improvement of course materials in collaboration with Faculty and Staff.
• Represent department on various committees and task forces.
• Work with UC faculty in implementing changes to course material based on faculty feedback and course evaluation processes.
• Maintaining students’ attendance and grade records on PeopleSoft and Blackboard.
• Representing ADU in education fairs to promote ADU programs and enhance student enrollment.
• Work collaboratively with instructors to implement EMBA/MBA
courses on Blackboard.
• Be the interface for students in the EMBA/MBA program for all
courses.
• Ensure that all students are active in the required discussion
forums required for courses in the program.

developing and modifying the course structure and course

• Collaborated with University and Industry stakeholders,
instructors, subject matter experts, and other course-production
team members.
• Regularly monitor research sites regarding resources, and
delivery and adapted programs, and delivery to changing needs
in an evolving environment.
• Managed course production through the faculty senate and
delivery schedule.
• Liaise with the Director of Administration in aligning the delivery of
the various courses in Abu Dhabi University.
• Liaise with sponsors and service providers on all strategic and
administrative matters
