Technically lead and manage a team of Video professionals for producing high quality video content for an e-learning project.

• In cooperation with Instructional Design team, coordinates pre- production and production planning activities, and act as a point of technical evaluation and resolution in developing Instructional based educational videos.
• Work in collaboration with other depts to produce a variety of video products such as Promo Videos, Corporate Videos etc..
• Conducts field-based video production which involves interacting with the SME (Subject Matter Expert), guide them in demonstration from video perspectives.
• Chief Camera person, Video Editor (Making framing and editorial decisions)
• Keeping abreast of latest industry trends and advancements in the digital media technology and standards.
• Technical Consultation and Assistance working across teams, I was responsible for the entire design, quality and development of the video content(Instructional Videos).

Plumbing, Automotive Repair, Fabric Painting, Soap Making,
Artificial Jewellery Making.
• Promotional Videos/Corporate Videos
• Documentary on Women Empowerment Project and
Life Enrichment Education (LEE), funded by UNDEF.
At AMMACHI labs, I have been fortunate to contribute to the pioneering work on the e-learning projects, applied towards vocational skill training and assessment.
I foster a keen interest in Pedagogy and technology enhanced learning that has been the main theme in much of the work I have participated in.
Projects Involved:
• Animation Short Film 'Rithu - The Seasons:
Led a team of 8 students and successfully complete a 3D Animated short film, and entry to 24FPS International
Short Film Festival, 2010.
• Stop Motion Animation - 'Life-Cycle of a Butterfly': As part of an experimental study, along with a group of 6 students, studied the life-cycle of butteflies and successfully completed a claymation of 1 min duration.
• Conceptualize ideas to design and develop Logo Animations.
• Working closely with the 3D content development team in developing
required 3D elements for motion graphics.
• Was responsible for assuring the quality of the output.
• Title Graphics, Promos and fillers.
• Actively involve and assist in shooting for Visual Fx (Virtual Reality
shows).
• Work as a good team player to move the production from script to
Screen.
Specialized Subjects : Interactive Designs, Multimedia Technologies, Print Media, Audio Production, Design Concepts.
Completed 4-Credit Online Course on Instructional Design. Focused on Problem-based learning, Student-Centered learning approach, Andragogy strategies(Adult Learning) etc.. Learned, designed and developed a complete IDD (Instructional Design Document) for e-learning.
Communication theories, Effective writing, Visual Design and Multimedia designs.
Learned Visual Grammar, Basic design principles, Advertising, Animation, Video Editing, After Effects, Audio Production and VFx. Specialized in Character Animation. Successfully created a short vfx reel.
