My job relates to the Testing and Commissioning of Diesel Generators. It mainly includes the testing of prime and standby duty engines using resistive type load banks and thereby commissioning the gen-sets on successful completion of load tests.
My area of work also includes the management part, as I have to monitor and motivate my team for the successful completion of each jobs/assignments within the time period.
