v Controlling & Manage the Parts Shortage & Overflow conditions.
v Updating Daily KPI sheet to monitor Abnormalities like Overflow, Shortage, Dispatch Miss by Suppliers, Rejection & Scrap.

v Review daily target of production (plan vs. actual)
v Responsible for subcontracting work which includes planning, scheduling, ordering and follow up for in time delivery (V-V Parts).
v Regular Co-ordination with all internal Departments. (All Production Lines, Quality).
v After Market and SPD Production planning and co-ordinate with sales team
v Ensure all TM’s are trained in their responsibilities and if not, providing the training, monitoring the effectiveness and skill level.
v Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
v Month end inventory reconciliation activities and documents update.

Production supervision and Production planning.
Man power allocation and Daily production update, ., explain to operator drawing and material usage.
Daily routine update like 5S, Safety, Quality, Machine, Maintenance, operator skill matrix, efficiency calculation, production status update.

 Preparation of Daily Schedule for the V2V parts based on Gentian (Material requirement per vehicle) and distributes the schedule to Supplier to arrange material as per our schedule.
 Releasing order to V2V Suppliers for a whole month to supplying materials as per our Daily requirements.
 Create/cancel orders depending on the production fluctuation.
 Controlling of inventory based on criticality and arrival frequency.
 Controlling & Manage the Parts Shortage & Overflow conditions.
 Ensure the parts arrivals as per our ordering.
 Updating Daily KPI sheet to monitor Abnormalities like Overflow, Shortage, Dispatch Miss by Suppliers, Rejection & Scrap.
 Preparation of rundown for the entire supplier region (Delhi, Chennai, and Pune) based on arrival frequency of material, if any critical parts immediately should arrange from the supplier and control the inventory based on rundown should not exceed more than 4 hours for schedule parts.
 Ensuring minimum inventory after completion of run-out and ensuring parts availability for complete production.
 Taking fully initiate for Keihin (Sudden Requirement by Market) Vehicle production
