• Expert in designing of an Electrical system for Residential and Commercial Buildings, villas, Oil fields etc.
• Review of tender drawings, preparation of shop drawings and Execution of Electrical works as per the approved drawings.
• Review of Project Specifications, Material Submittals, Preparation of BOQ, RFI, RFQ, and dealing with clients, Consultants and Project Stack holders.
• Review of Project baseline and ensuring that all Project activities are as per schedule.
• Design level knowledge of plumbing, Water supply and Drainage System for Residential
and Commercial buildings.

• Designing of load schedules, cable size calculation, Single line diagram and determine transformer size for project.
• Setting up lighting and power layout for project.
• Estimates, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, equipment, tools etc required for all electrical and plumbing works related works prior to execution.
• Plans the execution and monitoring of all electrical works at site.
• Monitor the execution of all plumbing works (firefighting & Drainage).
• The electrical/fire alarm/telephone works for a building from casting conduits in slabs till final wiring, cabling and switchgear installation.
• Supervision of all HVAC work at site.
• Procurement of all MEP related materials, ensuring good quality and taking approvals from consultants for materials.
• Coordinate with client / consultant representatives for any site instruction and inspection of work.

3. KNOWLEDGE OF AC (DX, HVAC, CHILLERS) AND PLUMBING.
4. FOLLOW-UPS, SHOP- DRAWINGS PREPARATION, COMMUNICATION WITH LOCAL MUNICIPALITY.
