Define project scope of work by gathering project requirements and getting the defined scope approved before work commencement.
•Create a project schedule, define project activities and milestones then sequencing them in the order in which the will be performed.
•Identifying & scheduling resources required to execute the work as per project specification.
•Managing subcontractors by identifying the expectation and project schedule in which they will execute the work.
•Reviewing project plan, milestones, resources qualification and costly activities which could be main things we could look at.
• Analysis and input of Revenue & Billing Forecasts, and Cost Estimates throughout the life cycle of the Project

As a Project Manager for maintenance project below are the job scope
•direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling
•ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation
•keep staff safe
•plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing of current premises
•check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies
•coordinate and lead one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility
•use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement
•respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.
