• Designing / streamlining processes to facilitate robust quality management systems
• Handling the Operational audits in the site to ensure major line stoppage in customer line
• Assuring the adherence of quality standards, maintaining all related documents and practicing the quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality and improvement opportunities
• Formulating the long term / short term strategic plans and SOPs to enhance the operations
• Utilizing quality tools to ensure process capability as per specification requirements, monitoring by preparation of control plan and implementing improvement and corrective action plan
• Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents and conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards

• Managing QA/QC activities to maintain and improve quality of work without any appreciable increase in cost and time
• Performing inspection activities that will not against the Company Procedures and Requirements.
• The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement
• Either giving instructions to Sub-contractors or convincing the client throughout inspections activities
• Keeps good awareness in codes and specifications so that manage the event successfully during inspections activities.
• Being an essential part of client quality management meetings
• Being a part of kick -off meetings on the start-up every project
• Review material certification for project material to ensure it meets specification and check that it corresponds to actual material supplied
• Ensure preparation and incorporation of all the work methods as required by the contract and corresponding inspection & test plans and formats
• Preparing and reviewing Concrete reports as per project scope

• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and all attached documents are current status
• Technical assistance and trouble shooting on specific jobs
• Witnessing concrete & soil test and prepare the reports and certificates
• Concrete inspection and rebar inspection has been carried out
• To ensure that all activities concerning concrete are carried out in strict accordance with written or agreed practices or specifications
• Monitoring all QA/QC activities as per approved ITP
• Well aware with concrete standards
• Surveillance inspection of Survey equipment, materials and its calibration
• Communicate third party lab test results to clients through professional reports.
• Assure all technical documents are relative to site quality control are current status
• Conduct any quality control investigations as deemed necessary or as requested by the Project Team Leader of the QA/QC Coordinator
• Review causes and effects of concrete defects and take remedial actions
• Coordination with the field sub contractors and the third party inspection companies

• Monitoring the daily contractor inspection activities that meets the product quality requirements of the project quality plan
• Receiving material inspection & mixing inspection.
• Inspection of water using for construction purpose.
• Inspection of material with test certificate, dimension checking as per drawing
• Sort out the problems encountering in field without any compromise in Quality
• Organizing and conducting quality audits with the co-ordination of all concerned
• Experience in various instruments for the environment inspection.
• Check the survey reports on daily wise
• To compare all reported information with the acceptance level / criteria within the applicable codes
• Review and sign-off the inspection check .
• Coordinating for early disposal of non conformity reports
• Assist site management in effective implementation of approved quality plans and QC procedures
• Being an essential part to implement the quality procedures in to the site activities.
• Keeping daily log for all inspection request submitted by construction supervisor and monitoring all inspections are ongoing ass per schedule.

• Witnessing the chemical tests for procedure qualification.
