- Provides answers to simple frequently asked questions from customers and provide troubleshooting.
- Participates in the design phases.
- Makes decisions about critical tradeoffs among project dimensions of costs, resources, schedule, and requirements.
- Manages a team of 3 developers. A backend, a swift and an android developer.
- Uses JIRA, GitHub and slack to manage the tasks, coordination, and communications.

Previously (before the acquisition of Maxsys) I was working as Hybrid Mobile App Developer:
- Build hybrid mobile apps (iOS/Android) from the ground up.
- Fix bugs and add enhancements to previously in-production apps and push to Apple and Play stores.
