• Create and update GPOs, Manage users and Computers in Active Directory.
• Performing maintenance of the organization network ( Troubleshoot Connectivity, Assign VLANS, Port-Security, IP-addressing, Cabling )
• Manage and monitor the health and performance of Switches, Servers, PCs and IP Phones using Huawei eSight.
• Create PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Basic query writing using Microsoft SQL to troubleshoot issues.
• Create daily, weekly and monthly reports about Servers, PCs and IP Phones health.
• Provide technical assistance and support to users both remotely and in-person.
• Provide training and guidance to new users on how to effectively utilize the Safe City app, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) for incident reporting, emergency response, and safety alerts.
