Responsible for:
- Supervise and monitor the implementation of strategic projects, and monitor performance indicators of initiatives and projects
- Set the Academy’s strategic directions with main stakeholders and ensure achieving its strategic objectives
- Align the Academy's project management governance framework to the Institute's
project management framework
- Manage ADAL portfolio and plan the human and financial resources needed, provide
the necessary support in the implementation of projects and facilitate
communication and coordination between main stakeholders

Member of a team working on develop the test station to automate the testing process.
I also was a part in other tasks for other projects.
