- Verify and record incoming invoices, purchase orders (PO) from Food and Beverage and retail departments, coming from Procurement, Employee Accountable Parties, and Deferred Purchases from Branch Managers.
Monitor, control and evaluation for inventory and reconciling it with the balances in the system.
- Record expenses, revenues and Replacing covenants cash for employees and record it for the Food and Beverage sector and the Retail sector
- Managed a bank account for the retail sector at Zaid Al-Hussein, preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements. Auditing supplier accounts to ensure accuracy of balances and recorded payments.
- Record and Classify sales after verification, based on the items sold (delivery applications or point of sale at the branch) for the monthly sales report.

- Compiling statements of outgoing checks, revenues, and payment orders for all departments under the Ministry "upon request, " verifying and reviewing them before dispatching to the requesting entity.
- Conducting reconciliations between the Ministry of Finance and its subsidiary entities. Proficiently working with Excel and Oracle accounting software.
- Handling entries related to reconciling accountabilities and advances for the Ministry's subordinate entities on the accreditation platform. Performing year-end closures on the government's HFM platform.
- Sending correspondence to relevant entities regarding budget disbursement schedules for the upcoming year. Reviewing incoming letters from the Ministry's subordinate entities, analyzing them, and taking necessary actions accordingly.
